We love our clients. At the end of each 1st stay, we send out a brief survey and request feedback so we can improve what we do, meet client expectations, and endeavour to offer more services if requested. We are very grateful for the time taken to write back to us on social or via email.

I don’t really know how to explain the happiness to see our dogs so well cared for whilst we were on holidays. Our beagle Tilly had a lovely stay at Fursentials for a few days over the Easter holidays. It was Tilly’s first time away from home and she was pampered and spoilt by Viv and her family. She went for daily walks including a visit to the dog beach at Bayview. Viv kindly sent me lovely photos of Tilly every day.
