Veterinary Visits

• In any situation where we need to visit a veterinary clinic, we will be visiting Elanora Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Miles Alexander BVSc(hons), BSc(hons) is the lovely Vet who owns that practice. If your FurBaby has an existing issue, he will liaise with your vet for access to records.
• In this situation, we will pay the bill upfront and will be passing that cost onto you to be settled ASAP.

Your puppy’s health

• We require a copy of your dog’s current C5 vaccination certificate
• Please have your dog’s tick and flea prevention treatments up to date, and confirm that on the form

Rates

• Meet, Greet & Treat get together – assessment fee for new clients $30 incl gst. To be paid on the day of assessment upon booking confirmation
• $55 / day incl gst per dog
• If your dog is a high energy dog and requires more exercise or 2 walk / runs per day, please add $25 / extra walk required
• Drop off days and pick up days are chargeable days, unless arriving after 7pm and leaving before 7am

Communication

• communication emails come from a cloud server called ‘hubspot’, and the email address is noreply@hubspot.com
  We will send out emails when your booking is confirmed and also when it is close to your arrival day with pup
  We will also communicate through the email account furfun@fursentials.com.au 
• We will be launching an online CRM portal under a license from PetExec, where as a client, you can manage your own bookings and where we can store and access vital information about your pup while they are in our care. This information will be available to all who work for FurSentials.
• invoice emails are sent before your arrival and come from our company server accounts@just1degree.com.au

Bookings Include

• At least an active pool and play time and / or hour walk per day to local walkways and parks, beach expeditions and bush land adventures
• Indoor / outdoor access at all times when home
• Backyard access always, 2 levels of grass, 3rd level is fenced pool
• Supervised pool play for water loving pups
• Love and play with our resident Moodle Clarabelle
• Pampering baths when needed after fun messy walks. We use Dr Zoo Natural Pet Care products and Blackmores products
• Treats and bones as agreed to with owner
• Photos and updates throughout pups stay
• Sleeping arrangements are indoors in either one of our bedrooms or the lounge room – unless you prefer they sleep outside
• Human carers: Viv and Tia-Grace
• Pick up and drop off available for $5 each way if required (available within the circle Terrey Hills > Collaroy > Mona Vale). Suburbs out of that area will be an extra $4 per suburb each way.
• Drop off days and pick up days are chargeable days
• Full Payment is due on check in. Payment option: direct deposit, cash or credit card. We can also raise an invoice, Credit card payments do attract a fee as per charged to us by Square

Please supply

• C5 Vaccination Certificate, (or upload it to your account on PetExec)
• Bed
• Leash / harness
• Food for the whole stay, unless other agreement has been prearranged with us, and any instructions needed.
  We also offer meals at $4.40 incl GST per day
• Food bowl if you remember
• If pup has a snuggle / soothing toy or blanket – please bring that too to help with settling in
• Poo bags – 2 per day
• Please be aware that their toy may be used in play with another dog, so please do not send their (or yours) most valuable / favourite toy.
